Do you make aluminum, acrylic and foam board signs?

Yes. We produce aluminum signs for permanent outdoor use, acrylic panels for lobby, office and premium interior signage, and foam board for lightweight indoor displays and events. All three are printed directly on our UV flatbed press, with mounting holes, standoffs or rounded corners as needed.

Aluminum

The permanent option. Rust-proof, rigid, and unbothered by weather. Used for parking and property signage, wayfinding, building identification, regulatory and safety signs, and permanent business signs. With UV-durable printing, aluminum signage stays serviceable for many years outdoors.

Finishing options: drilled mounting holes, rounded corners, and reflective or non-reflective faces depending on the application.

Acrylic

The premium interior option. Acrylic reads as glass, especially when mounted on standoffs so it floats off the wall with a shadow line. Standard uses are lobby and reception signs, office and conference room identification, donor and recognition panels, and retail display signage.

Available clear, frosted or white, with the print applied so it is protected and reads cleanly.

Foam board

Lightweight rigid board for indoor and short-term use: trade show panels, event and directional signs, presentation boards, photo enlargements and window displays. Easy to cut to shape, easy to transport, not intended for weather.

How they are printed

All rigid substrates run on our Mimaki UV flatbed, which prints directly onto the panel and cures the ink instantly with UV lamps. No transfer, no lamination step needed, and the print bonds to the surface rather than sitting on a film that could peel.
