Tracking your Stickerine order

Enter the order number from your confirmation email to see production status and carrier tracking in one place. Orders move through four stages: artwork review, prepress and cutline setup, printing and cutting, then packing and shipment.

Tracking numbers appear here as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, which is usually the evening the order leaves our facility. Until that first scan the carrier's own site will show nothing even though the label exists.

Step by step

  1. Artwork review — A prepress operator opens your file, checks resolution, bleed and the cutline, and flags anything that will not reproduce cleanly. Most orders clear this stage the same business day.
  2. Prepress and setup — Files are ganged onto a press sheet, colour is managed and the cut path is loaded onto the cutter.
  3. Printing and cutting — Your job prints, laminates and cuts in our own facility. This is the stage where production turnaround is measured.
  4. Packing and shipping — Orders are packed flat, weighed and handed to the carrier. A tracking number is emailed and posted to this page automatically.

Common questions

Where do I find my order number?

It is at the top of your order confirmation email and in your account order history. Guest orders can be looked up with the email address used at checkout.

My tracking number is not updating.

Carriers often do not scan a parcel until it reaches their first sort facility, which can be several hours after pickup. If there is no movement after two business days, contact us and we will open a trace.

Can I change my artwork after ordering?

Only before the job reaches the printing stage. Contact us immediately — if the file has not gone to press we can usually swap it without delaying shipment.

How long does production take?

Most sticker and label orders print in 3-5 business days, plus transit. Large sign, banner and wall graphic runs can take longer; the product page lists the current lead time.
