Die-cut, kiss-cut sheets, labels, QR stickers, business-card stickers, banners and signs.
- What is the difference between die cut and kiss cut stickers?
A die cut sticker is cut all the way through the vinyl and the backing, so the sticker is the shape of your design. A kiss cut sticker is cut through the vinyl only, leaving the design sitting on a larger rectangular backing that is much easier to peel and better for packaging.
- What is the difference between sticker sheets and label sheets?
A sticker sheet holds several different designs kiss cut onto one backing, sold as a unit, which is what artists and brands use for merch. A label sheet repeats one design many times so you can peel them off individually for products, jars, packaging and shipping.
- Do QR code stickers actually scan reliably?
Yes, when printed correctly. A QR sticker needs to be at least 1 inch square for close scanning, use dark code on a light background, keep a quiet zone of four modules on all sides, and avoid a glare-heavy gloss finish under direct light. We test-scan every QR order before it ships.
- How much does a custom vinyl banner cost?
Vinyl banners are priced per square foot on a sliding scale: roughly $5.25/sq ft on small banners down to about $3.85/sq ft on large ones, with a $25 order minimum. Hemmed edges are always included. Grommets and pole pockets are small upcharges, and 15 oz is an optional upgrade over standard 13 oz.
- Can I order a custom size sticker?
Yes. Type any dimension into the configurator from 1 inch up to 36 x 24 inches and the price recalculates live. There is no die charge, no template library and no minimum-size penalty, because our Summa and Kongsberg cutters cut any path on demand.
- Do you make industrial asset tags and equipment labels?
Yes. We print heavy-duty asset tags on thicker vinyl or polyester with high-tack adhesive and an abrasion-resistant laminate, rated 7 to 10 years. They support sequential numbering, barcodes, QR codes and variable data, and stick to powder-coated and textured equipment.
- Do you print cannabis and THC product labels?
Yes. We print cannabis, THC, CBD and hemp product labels on waterproof laminated vinyl, with state warning panels, THC content fields, batch and lot variable data, QR links to COAs, and finishes that survive humidity inside child-resistant packaging.
