At Stickerine, we stand behind every sticker we print. Because we control the entire production process in-house, we can guarantee the quality of every order. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

When You Can Request a Refund

  • Print quality doesn't match the approved proof
  • Colors are significantly different from your uploaded artwork
  • Stickers are damaged during shipping
  • Wrong quantity, size, or material received
  • Cutting errors or misalignment

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@stickerine.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your request within 24 hours and either reprint your order or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • We cannot refund orders where the customer-uploaded artwork was low resolution or incorrect (but we'll work with you to find a solution)
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Custom sticker orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun
