When You Can Request a Refund
- Print quality doesn't match the approved proof
- Colors are significantly different from your uploaded artwork
- Stickers are damaged during shipping
- Wrong quantity, size, or material received
- Cutting errors or misalignment
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@stickerine.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your request within 24 hours and either reprint your order or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- We cannot refund orders where the customer-uploaded artwork was low resolution or incorrect (but we'll work with you to find a solution)
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Custom sticker orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun
