If your stickers don't meet your expectations, we'll reprint them or issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Our Promise

At Stickerine, we stand behind every sticker we print. Because we control the entire production process in-house, we can guarantee the quality of every order. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

When You Can Request a Refund

  • Print quality doesn't match the approved proof
  • Colors are significantly different from your uploaded artwork
  • Stickers are damaged during shipping
  • Wrong quantity, size, or material received
  • Cutting errors or misalignment

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@stickerine.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your request within 24 hours and either reprint your order or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • We cannot refund orders where the customer-uploaded artwork was low resolution or incorrect (but we'll work with you to find a solution)
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Custom sticker orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun

All Stickerine products are made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons unrelated to quality or production error.

Our Responsibility

If your order contains a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error caused by Stickerine, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund at our discretion.
