Where do you put an oil change sticker?
Put an oil change sticker on the inside of the windshield, in the top left corner from the driver's seat. It's easy for the driver to glance at but stays out of their line of sight. Use a sticker printed for inside glass, clean the glass first, and press it on from the center out to avoid bubbles.
| Best spot | Inside windshield, top left (driver side) |
|---|---|
| Avoid | Wiper sweep area and the driver's view |
| Sticker type | Face-adhesive / clear-back for inside glass |
| Prep | Clean, dry glass |
Why the top left corner
The driver sees it every time they get in, but it stays out of the way while driving. Most shops use the same spot, so customers know where to look.
Inside, not outside
Stickers on the outside get scraped by ice, wipers and car washes. Inside the glass they stay readable until the next visit.
How to apply it
- Wipe the glass with glass cleaner and let it dry.
- Line the sticker up with the corner.
- Press from the center outward to push out air.
Shops that want reminder stickers with their own logo can order custom stickers sized for the corner of the windshield.
