Can I order a custom size sticker?
How to order a custom size
In any sticker configurator, choose Custom size and enter width and height in inches, including decimals. The price updates as you type and the preview re-renders at the correct aspect ratio. Everything else, material, finish, quantity, works the same.
Limits
- Minimum: 1 inch on the shorter side, because anything smaller is difficult to peel
- Maximum: 36 x 24 inches per piece on roll media
- Larger than that becomes a decal or a banner; use the banner configurator, which goes to 10 feet wide and effectively unlimited length
How size affects price
Price scales with area, not with the longest side. A 6 x 2 inch rectangle costs about the same as a 3.5 x 3.5 square because they cover similar square inches. Odd shapes are priced on their bounding box.
Why we do not charge a die fee
Traditional die cutting requires a physical steel die, which is why old-school printers charge a setup fee and push you toward standard shapes. We contour cut digitally from the file, so a one-off custom shape costs us nothing extra to produce.
Sizing advice
For die-cut stickers, the size you enter is the longest dimension of the finished shape including its border. If you are not sure how big something should be, common reference points: 2 inch reads as a small seal, 3 inch is the standard laptop sticker, 4 to 5 inch is a bold window or bumper piece.
