• Order & transaction data: 7 years (tax and legal compliance)
• Customer account data: Duration of active account + 2 years after last activity
• User Content (artwork files): 90 days after order completion, unless the customer requests earlier deletion or the artwork is associated with an active order
• Marketing contact data: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Usage/analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default)
• Customer support communications: 3 years

After the applicable retention period, personal information is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Rights for All Users

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Opt-Out of Marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
