What is your quality control process and reprint policy?
Two human checkpoints
Before printing. A person opens the file and checks resolution at final size, color mode, bleed, safe margin, cut path and material fit for the stated use. Problems get flagged to you, not printed.
Before packing. Printed output is compared to the approved proof for color accuracy, registration, cut accuracy and material, and checked for banding, hazing, debris under laminate and edge lift.
What we reprint at no charge
- Wrong material, size, quantity or finish versus the order
- Color that misses the approved proof
- Cut path that misses tolerance
- Print defects: banding, debris, laminate haze or bubbles
- Damage in transit
What we cannot reprint free
- Artwork supplied at low resolution after we flagged it and you approved anyway
- Typos and content errors in an approved proof
- A different color than expected when no Pantone reference was supplied and no printed sample was requested
- Application failure caused by surface contamination or applying below temperature
How to start a claim
Email support with the order number and photos of the issue. Photos matter: they let us identify whether it was a press, cut, material or handling issue, which is also how we stop it from recurring.
Why our reprint rate stays low
Preflight is the cheapest step in the building and reprinting is one of the most expensive. Catching a bad file before it hits the press is simply better economics than fixing it afterwards, which is why we staff for it.
