What is the minimum order for custom stickers?
The minimum order for custom stickers at Stickerine is 25 pieces of a single design. That is lower than the 50 piece minimum most online sticker printers require. Sticker sheets have a 10 sheet minimum, and banners and signs can be ordered as a single unit.

Why there is a minimum at all
Every run costs the same to set up whether it is 5 stickers or 5,000: file check, RIP and color profile, media load, print, laminate, contour cut, weed, and QC. Twenty-five is the point where that fixed labor stops dominating the price. Below it, we would have to charge a setup fee, which we would rather not do.
Small run strategy
If you need only a handful of a design, you have two better options than paying a per-piece premium:
- Put several designs on one kiss-cut sheet. You get variety without paying for separate production runs.
- Order 25 and hold the extras. At 25 pieces the per-unit price is already low enough that spares cost less than a second run later.
Comparison
