250 is the sweet spot for a first run of a new design: deep enough that the per-sticker price has dropped well below the 50-piece price, small enough that you are not stuck with a design that does not sell. Why there is no setup fee
We print in our own facilities in Greenville, South Carolina and Cooper City, Florida on an 11-color Epson SureColor press with a Summa cutter. There is no broker in the middle adding a plate or setup charge, so the run price is the whole price.
