What to include
Order number if you have one, and the email address the order was placed under. For artwork questions, attach the actual file rather than a screenshot of it.
Response times
Email is typically answered the same business day. Phone is answered live during business hours. Messages left overnight or over a weekend are returned the next business morning.
Escalation
If something has gone wrong and you feel it is not being resolved, say so directly in a reply and it goes to management the same day. We are a small enough operation that this actually works.
