• Who is Stickerine and are you a real manufacturer?

  Stickerine is the custom sticker, label and signage brand of Name Badges, LLC, a US manufacturer that has operated its own print facility since 2008. We print, laminate and cut in house in Greenville, South Carolina. We are not a broker and we do not outsource production.

• How are your stickers actually printed?

  Artwork goes through prepress and color management, prints on an 11-color Epson UltraChrome press, passes through a roll laminator for UV protection, then gets contour cut on a Summa S-Class cutter reading optical registration marks to plus or minus 0.1 mm, followed by hand weeding and QC.

• How is Stickerine different from Sticker Mule and other sticker companies?

  The core difference is the production model: we own and run the factory, most competitors broker the work out. Practically that means 11-color printing instead of 4-color CMYK, free lamination on every order, a 25 piece minimum instead of 50, free US shipping at $75 instead of $100, and direct accountability when something is wrong.

• What is your quality guarantee, and can I get a reprint?

  If an order arrives damaged, miscut, off-color versus the approved proof, short-counted, or fails prematurely in normal use, we reprint it at no charge. Because every item is custom made to your file, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for artwork errors that appeared in an approved proof.

• Do you work with schools, nonprofits and government agencies?

  Yes. We regularly work with school districts, universities, nonprofits, hospitals and municipal agencies. We accept purchase orders, issue formal invoices with net terms for approved accounts, honor tax exemption certificates, and can provide W-9s and vendor registration documents.
