Can you print any custom size or shape?
Yes, within real machine limits. Stickers cut to any contour shape from roughly 0.5 in up to 36 x 24 in per piece. Banners run from 12 in per side up to 60 in on the short side and 600 in on the long side. Rigid signs are cut to shape on the flatbed. Larger graphics are paneled.

Stickers
Any shape you can draw, we can cut. Circles, squares, rounded rectangles, mascots, lettering, logos with interior holes, and fully custom contours all run on the same optical-registration cutters.
Practical limits:
- Minimum around 0.5 in. Below that, weeding and peeling get difficult for the end user.
- Maximum 36 x 24 in per individual piece in the online configurator. Larger goes to decal or panel production.
- Thin appendages narrower than about 1/8 in are fragile. We will flag them and suggest thickening the path.
Banners
Minimum 12 in per side. Maximum 60 in (5 ft) on the short side because that is our roll width after hemming, and up to 600 in (50 ft) on the long side. Either side can be the long one.
Need wider than 5 ft? We panel it, which is what large backdrops use anyway.
Rigid signs
Standard rectangles in any size up to the sheet, plus contour cutting for shaped signs, rounded corners and drilled mounting holes.
