How do I design a custom sticker sheet?

Open the Sheet Designer, pick a sheet size, upload your designs, then drag, scale and arrange them on the canvas. It keeps a minimum gap between pieces so the cut path is clean, shows the safe zone, and sends the layout straight into the configurator when you are done.

Workflow

  • Choose a sheet size: 4x6, 5.5x8.5, 8.5x11 or custom up to 12x18.
  • Upload your designs. PNGs with transparent backgrounds work best because the tool can offset a border around the real shape.
  • Drag to position, drag corners to scale, and use the alignment controls to line things up.
  • Watch the spacing indicator. Designs need a small gap so the blade has room; the tool warns you when two pieces crowd each other.
  • Add to cart. Your layout travels with the order and appears in the proof.

Layout advice

  • Put the largest design in the center and orbit smaller ones around it
  • Keep everything at least 1/4 inch inside the sheet edge
  • Mixed orientations look intentional, random rotation looks like a mistake
  • Six to twelve pieces on a 5.5x8.5 sheet is the sweet spot for perceived value

The cutline fee

Multi-design sheets need a hand-drawn cut path per design. We charge a one-time $30 for that, shown before checkout. We do not auto-trace multi-design sheets for production because auto-traced paths on unrelated outlines routinely produce bad cuts, and we would rather charge honestly than reprint.

Single-design sheets, meaning the same art repeated, have no cutline fee.

Saving

Signed-in customers can save a sheet layout and reload or duplicate it later, which is how most repeat merch sellers run seasonal variants.
