Help Center / Artwork & File Prep

Where are my uploaded artwork files stored, and are they private?

Uploaded artwork goes to our private, encrypted Amazon S3 storage in the United States. Files are used only to produce your order and to enable one-click reorders. We never sell, license, publish or share your artwork, and you can request deletion at any time.

Where files live

Uploads go directly from your browser to our own Amazon S3 bucket over an encrypted connection. If that direct route is blocked by a corporate network, the upload transparently retries through our server relay, and only as a last resort falls back to our application storage so an order never fails mid-checkout.

Who can see it

Only our prepress and production staff, and only in the context of your order. Files are not indexed, not public, and not used as portfolio or marketing material without written permission.

Retention

We keep print-ready files indefinitely so reorders reproduce identically years later. That is a feature customers ask for constantly. If you would rather we delete yours, email hello@stickerine.com from the order's email address and we will remove them and confirm.

Your rights to the art

You keep every right to your artwork. By uploading you confirm you own it or have permission to reproduce it, which is what the intellectual property checkbox at checkout is agreeing to. We do not print artwork that appears to infringe someone else's trademark or copyright.
